How I lost 21 pounds naturally with no pills or working out in 2 months

_vip4237I lost 21 pounds naturally with no pills or working out in 2 months!  I was really skinny growing up, too skinny.  I didn’t struggle with weight loss until I got pregnant with my son when I was 30 years old.  I went from 132 at 5’10” to 180 was the most I ever weighed.  I joined the Army right out of high school and they had me running 5 miles and doing some serious working out.  So skinny, 20 years old and intense workout makes for a great body with a six pack.  After four years in the Army I get out and continue to work out hard and keep that great body.  I get pregnant when I turn 30 and my hormones go crazy and I gain like 20lbs.  After my son is born, I’m tired so I stop working out, no sleep and eating whatever I want.  I gained the most weight I have ever gained.  Now I’m over 30, not working out and eating the same as I have always, bad!  I get back in to the gym but I’m now older and still eating badly.  I start educating myself from the internet, books, trainers and everything goes back to what you put in your mouth.  Easier said than done, I would always go back to what I have eaten my whole life, bread, orange juice, soda, chips, meat, yogurt, fried foods, alcohol, rice, pasta, cheese, cake, potatoes and so on!!! I get busy with my business, I eat out a ton and I don’t have the time to work out as much as I want and now I’m getting older and tired lol.   I finally get to the point of not having as much energy because of what I’m eating, I can now not only see it but feel it.   

 

I get thrush from too many antibiotics and I was un-diagnosed for 4 moths  so no medicine would get rid of it my only option was a strict alkaline diet.  I did my research like crazy and encourage you to do the same. The alkaline diet really focuses on what God made and not what man made.  After 8 weeks I was finally better and 34lbs lighter.  I was able to eat, eggs, cheese, nuts, veggies, fruit, meat, beans, fish, olive oil, avocado oil, seasoning, oatmeal, no processed, all fresh!

 

In the future when I need to lose weight, I go alkaline until I get to the weight I want to be but never stick with it.  I get diagnosed with acid reflux about 2 years ago but I’m allergic to so many chemicals from being in Iraq in the Army so I do most things all natural.  I know nothing about acid reflux and don’t do medicine so I do nothing.  I go on vacation with my family to Mexico and eat tons of hot sauce and some alcohol.  When we get on the plane to go home, it feels like something is stuck in my throat, I feel like I cant swallow or breathe good.  I really thought I was going to die, all I could do is pray through the panic attack I was having.  I go to the ENT and  digestive doctor when I get home.  They both say I have acid reflux BAD and its closing my throat.  I go in for surgery so the digestive doctor can widen my esophagus.  Before the surgery I go on a STRICT acid reflux diet which is similar to the alkaline diet  and went on 3 different kinds of medicine because nothing was working.  I thought I would wake up from surgery well or get on medicine and feel better but mine is so bad that the only thing that is really working is the diet.  This all happened 4 months ago and I have lost 21lbs and am keeping it off so far.  I’m now 146lbs at 5’10” at 47 years old.  I’m my perfect weight, flat stomach, lots of energy and feel great.  Acid reflux is different with everyone, thank God I can still eat chocolate!!!  I gave up alcohol, hot sauce, spicy food, jalapenos, fried food, bread, red sauce, pico, strong garlic, caffeine, eat before 7pm, small meals at a time.  It’s been hard and I continue to find out what sets off my acid reflux but my plan is to get off the medicine and continue on the strict diet.  This is the best I have felt and looked since I was in my 20’s.  I know I was forced to stay on this strict diet but it takes about a month to change your ways and the weight just effortlessly falls off.  We all have access to Google, do your research!!!
